What is the Cancellation/Refund Policy?

  • Full payment is required for all online registrations via credit card.
  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is due with your registration if you choose the Pay By Check option.
  • If you register by mail, your final balance is due 14 days prior to the start of camp
  • Please mail $100 deposit if you choose PBC method and final balance to: CWSA, PO BOX 248, Clemson, SC 29633
  • All checks can be made payable to: CWSA
  • What is the Cancellation/Refund Policy?
    There is a $100 administrative fee for ALL cancellations made with at least 14 days prior to your camp start date. No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of your camp start date.

    What time is check-in / check-out for camp?
    Check-in will be from 2pm-4pm
    Check-out will be from 11:30am -12:30pm

    I have registered online or via mail and received my confirmation email. When will I receive more details about my camp session?
    -One month prior to the start of your camp, all necessary details and camp information (what to bring, registration information, directions, transportation services, medical forms etc.) will be emailed and posted on  www.Clemsonwsa.com

    My camper is flying in.  Do you offer transportation from and back to the airport?
    If your child is flying into GSP (Greenville/Spartanburg) Airport we will do our best to arrange for a pick up and drop off for a $30 round trip fee. Please arrive by 2pm on the first day of camp and depart no earlier than 2pm on the last day of camp. Please contact Siri Mullinix (sirim@clemson.edu) to arrange transports.

    What Should My Daughter Bring to Camp?

    • Soccer CLEATS and SHINGUARDS are MANDATORY!
    • Pillow, bed sheets, and blanket (Overnight Only)
    • Towels and Alarm clock (Overnight Only)
    • Sunscreen
    • Sneakers
    • Toiletries (Overnight Only)
    Is there Goalkeeper Specific Training?
    Yes. The keepers will train individually and in small groups for morning and afternoon sessions. For the evening games, they will be with a team. In addition, our GK coaches will be on hand to provide tactical feed back throughout each game.

    Are parents allowed to watch?
    Definitely. You are welcome to attend any of the training and games. However, we ask that you stay a respectable distance from our coaches and campers while they are at work and play.

    What is the daily schedule?

     Typical Day:

    Day 1:                      2:00pm-4:00pm: Check-in

                                    4:30pm: Camp Meeting

                                    5:00pm: Dinner

                                    7-9:30pm: Evening Session / Games

                                    9:30pm-10:30pm: Pizza and Movie

                                    11:00pm: Light Outs

     

    Day 2 & 3:                7:30-8:30: Breakfast

                                    9:00am-11:00am:  Morning Session - Technical

                                    11:30am-12:30pm: Lunch

                                    2:00-4:00pm:  Afternoon Session  

                                    4:30pm:  College Recruiting Seminar / Weight Room Tour / Campus Tour

                                    5:00pm-6:00pm: Dinner

                                    7:00-9:00pm: Evening Session / Games  (11 v 11 Competitive Matches)

                                    9:30pm-10:30pm: Pizza and Movie

                                    11:00pm: Lights Out

     

    Day 4:                      7:30am-8:30am:  Breakfast

                                    9:00am-11:00am :  Small Sided Tournament

                                    11:15am:   Closing Remarks
